## *Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Project Coordinator* with a Higher Diploma or Diploma in Computer Science (or equivalent) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring the timely delivery of project objectives. The Project Coordinator will foster motivation and effective communication between the Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

## *Key Responsibilities*
- *Project Coordination*:
- Assist in organizing, planning, and executing projects under the supervision of the Project Manager.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure they are achieved on schedule.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- *Communication & Collaboration*:
- Act as a communication bridge between the Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate regular meetings to align priorities, share updates, and resolve challenges between teams.
- Foster motivation and engagement across teams to drive project success.
## *Qualifications and Skills*
*Educational Requirements*:
- Higher Diploma or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent).
Experience*:
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, welcome fresh graduate
- Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus.
*Technical Skills*:
- Proficiency in project management tools E.g., Microsoft Project
- Basic understanding of IT, software development, or related technical concepts.
